Introduction

The Invermere Soaring Centre is located in the beautiful Canadian Rockies. We consider it one of the best mountain soaring sites in the world with a wonderful mix of thermals, dynamic soaring and wave. The best soaring season is May to September with cloud bases from typically 9000 ft. to 15t000 ft. Picture ValleyJune, July, August are the months to choose if you are heading for the records. There have been World Records and 1000 km + flights already flown from here.
